More and more condominium boards are demanding direct access to their documents, project history and unit information. CondoTop is specifically built for professional managers to provide this without additional work.

There is no other product that has been built specifically for this collaboration between managers and boards. Indeed, the addition of management specific features in CondoTop - launched late December 2010 - was guided by three advisory management companies (from the small to the large) to make sure we met their needs.
