About CondoTop

CondoTop launched in 2005 when Stephen Cassady (CEO of CondoTop) found his condominium had significant issues maintaining records. The board, even in conjunction with their management company, didn't have a working history of their building. Details about large projects (like the replacement of the boiler) and owner betterments and improvements were simply lost because of changes to the board, and changes of management.

After a half year of development, CondoTop was launched and used by Stephen's building. This proved to be a massive success. Over the next five years CondoTop has been used by a number of buildings to manage their documents.

In 2010 CondoTop went through a complete overhaul. The results of which included a more collaborative set of functions for both management companies and boards.

This full update of CondoTop launched late December with three management companies and several self-managed corporations totalling more than 100 buildings using CondoTop.
